Termite Inspections

The only way to detect the presence of timber pests before major damage is done is to have a Timber Pest Inspection carried out to the Australian Standard at least once per year. There are two inspection Standards which outline the MINIMUM requirements for a competent Inspector to fulfill during an inspection. The first is a Visual Termite Inspection(Australian Standard 3600.1-2000) which is designed to detect the presence of subterranean Termites
only. The second is a Full Visual Termite Inspection (Australian Standard 4349.3-1998) which is designed to detect the presence of not just subterranean termites but also borers of seasonal timbers, chemical delignification & Wood rot/fungi.

Our professional fully licensed and accredited inspectors carry out thorough investigations on your premises and a written report is submitted, which will comment on such topics as susceptibility of the premises, any damage located, advice to correct the problem, proposed management plan for the problem area, risk assessment of premises, methods, treatments and technology available for the specific problem. Our inspection offers insights which will help you make an informed decision and give peace of mind when it comes to property protection.
